Office and Wellbeing Manager

What We Need

Working in a way that will touch on every person and part of our business, you’ll care for our office environment and look after the wellbeing of our staff and visitors, treating them as if they were guests or even family in your own home. Organised and approachable, you will be an advocate of the notonthehighstreet.com brand and create an environment and experience for staff which brings this to life.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide the primary point of contact for all events and meetings held in the office

  • Supervise all office maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings to keep the office fresh, inspiring and representing the brand

  • Engage regularly with our team to understand issues and assist in resolving them

  • Ensure that general housekeeping duties are carried out

  • Create a working environment that assures consistent employee and guest satisfaction and engagement

  • Maintain our exceptional standards in our meeting rooms, each of which has its own theme and style, and ensure catering is supplied for meetings

  • Establish and maintain high employee motivation

  • Perform hands-on duties as needed to deliver the notonthehighstreet.com employee experience.

Although notionally you’ll work within the HR team and report to the HR Director, doing this job will get you involved with every area of the business and every person working here. From our creative and marketing teams to our finance and technical departments, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference to the culture of our environment and the wellbeing of almost 100 people.
