NEW YEAR, NEW YOU

Putting the post-Christmas blues firmly behind us (and forgetting about all the mince pies we’ve eaten) it’s finally time to get serious about New Year’s resolutions. We’ve written a list of promises this year we’re definitely, 100% determined we’ll not break – dry January, finally finish that half knitted scarf and go to the gym at least once a week (the sauna counts, right?).
