Commercial Cross-Site Manager

Ensuring an optimised on and off site experience for the Customer, determining the categories and departments on site and influencing the off-site opportunities, to deliver to company sales, revenue and brand objectives.

Job Description:

  • Working with Product and Head of Commercial to determine the optimum categories/departments on site
  • Optimising product selection for all promotional space across the site/off-site
    • Clearly defined product selection process and criteria in place with Category Merchandisers
    • Develop and maintain reporting to demonstrate impact of product selection on company objectives
  • Working with Marketing, use the Category range review information to influence the overall campaign plan
  • Manage and develop the site and off site content plan, with Marketing
  • With the Partner Production Manager, develop and manage the quality control process on site to include:-
    • Optimising existing product pages
    • Monitoring and improving the new partner go live process
  • Managing high performance team
  • Other projects as defined

  • Ensuring you are aware of core operational information: overall company strategy, partner packages, refund policy, company policies, how the CMS works, use of the front end of the site such as the checkout, wish list and search facility
