6 December: Meet Jennifer, Sophie and Love Lammie
Happy St Nicholas’s day from all of us at notonthehighstreet.com! We’re celebrating by opening day six of our calendar to discover what’s inside…
It’s our Social Media Manager Jennifer Baldwin and Social Media & PR Intern Sophie Lambert-Russell! They’re holding gorgeous Vintage Inspired Hot Water Bottles from Love Lammie, founded by Victoria Lammie. Victoria set up shop in 2005, having worked as a designer in women’s fashion for many years. Her work inspired her to create her own collection of bags, accessories and homeware, all from her seaside studio in Salcombe, Devon.
About Jennifer and Sophie
Jennifer and Sophie will both be enjoying family Christmases this year. For Jennifer, this means watching a large amount of Thomas the Tank Engine with her little nephew, and the usual festive argument with her Dad over who makes the best trifle! Sophie will be warming up for Christmas with an evening at the pub on Christmas Eve, before enjoying breakfast and stockings with Dad followed by lunch at Mum’s.
Jennifer’s ultimate gift from notonthehighstreet.com would be the Single Love Letter Necklace by Loubijoux. Jennifer says, ‘I’ve been looking for a necklace with my initial on for ages, and this one is so pretty’. Sophie has her eye on the ‘Camembert’ Cheese Board and Dish by Papa Dave Creative Carpentry – great choice Sophie, we’d certainly love to have this on our festive table!
About Love Lammie
Founder of Love Lammie Victoria offered her Vintage Inspired Hot Water Bottles to feature in our calendar as they make the perfect gift to snuggle up with during the festive season. They also epitomise what notonthehighstreet.com is all about, being all at once individual, stylish, and made in the UK. Victoria, we couldn’t agree more!
Christmas brings so many delicious treats to fall back in love with every year, and for Victoria 2013 is no exception. Victoria’s favourite tipple is Bailey’s on ice, and as usual she’ll be baking Christmas puddings with her children.
If Santa could bring Victoria one thing this year, it would be World Peace. We’d settle for one of her hot water bottles, but we suppose she already has plenty of those!
